CDL A Regional Flatbed Driver in Irving, TX

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. (KAO) is a leading distributor of specialty automotive & RV aftermarket parts and accessories. We are currently hiring full-time company drivers for our Irving, Texas regional distribution center. Our CDL Drivers are responsible for transporting loads on dedicated routes out/back from our Irving, TX distribution center and delivering our products to our cross dock locations on designated routes.
 

Compensation 

• Average Annual Pay: $70,000
  • 57 CPM 
• $5,000 sign-on bonus!! (50% paid out after 6 months & 50% paid out after 12 months of continuous employment as a full-time employee.)
• Accessory pay such as per diems, unloading, etc.

Home Time, Route, & Schedule 

• Schedule: Monday – Friday with start to depart 3:00 am / 4:00 am
• No routes departing on Friday or Saturdays!
• Delivery area is TX and surrounding states including NM and LA.
• Must be flexible with overnight stay at least one to two times a week.
• Willingness to travel outside of Texas; overnight stays required (Usually twice per week, company covers hotel accommodations and typically reimburses meals within seven business days of submission.).
• No touch freight: truck is loaded by warehouse staff at our distribution facility and unloaded by non-CDL delivery staff at our cross dock

Equipment

• Late model equipment
• Automatic and manual transmission trucks
• Nothing older than 4 years. More new trucks arriving!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum 3 years of flatbed trailer experience, including load securement using straps
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the distribution facility or willing to relocate are strongly preferred.
