Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,800-$2,000
  •  70 CPM
  • Average of 2,700-3,100 miles weekly
• Bonuses:
  • Driver incentive bonuses based on performance
  • $5,000 Referral Bonus on every referral you send - even before you start!
  • Annual bonus for all miles driven in previous year
  • Additional Pay/Bonuses - Breakdown, Detention, DOT Inspection
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Weekly! (typically part of the weekend)
• No Northeast – no out west
• Level of Touch: 100% No Touch Freight

• Primarily late model Internationals
• Automatic 
• Coolers, microwave hookup, satellite radio equipped
• Governed speed: 70 mph

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 8-months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
• No DUI/DWIs in last 10 years 
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Drivers must live within 75 miles of Lafayette, IN or be willing to relocate
