CDL A OTR Conestoga Flatbed Drivers in Chandler, AZ

Aquatic Trucking, Co. is hiring CDL A OTR Conestoga Flatbed Drivers in Chandler, AZ.  Drivers will be delivering Aquatic manufactured bathware throughout the United States. Compensation

• Annual pay: $88,000+
• Paid actual miles
• Average miles weekly: 2,500
• Paid hourly for on duty not driving
• Additional pay:
  • Drop pay: $25 for each stop
  • 34 hour on the road restart pay
  • Per diem pay
• Bonuses:
  • $3,000 Sign on bonus
  • Driver referral bonus: Referring driver paid 5 CPM for all miles ran by incoming referred driver for first 6 months of employment
  • Quarterly safety bonus: 1 CPM for each accident & moving violation free mile driven
  • Clean DOT inspection bonus: $50 per clean inspection
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home time: Home 2 days every 2 weeks
• Schedule: Out for 2 weeks
• Route: OTR 48 states
• Level of Touch: Drivers will often assist with unloading and will need to secure the freight using straps

• Automatic transmission fleet
• Governed speed: 70
• Outward facing cameras
• ELD equipped using Motive system
• Amenities: APU, power inverters, refrigerator, air ride seats w/ temp control, upgraded mattress

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience 
• No more than 3 DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years
• No speeding tickets over 15mph in the last 3 years
• No reckless driving convictions
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
