Platform Waste Solutions is now hiring CDL A or B Local Drivers in Union City, TN. Platform Waste Solutions is an environmental services company that provides waste management solutions for the communities we serve. As a company that serves many communities throughout the United States, we are looking to add another team member to the PWS family. BENEFITS START DAY ONE - HOME DAILY - 401K W/ COMPANY MATCH

Compensation:

• Hourly wage: $17.00 - $22.00+/hr (based on experience) with an average of 40-50 hours per week
• Overtime pay after 40 hours worked
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule:

• Home Time: Home daily!
• Schedule:
  • Day shift: Start time 5:30am
  • Monday – Friday, weekends as needed
• Route: Residential waste/recycling collection services based on assigned routes
• Level of Touch:
  • Varies based on the truck, primarily side load
  • Loading and unloading waste

Equipment:

• Side load waste/dump trucks
• Automatic transmission
• Manual transmission available but not required
   

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age  
• Must have CDL B or A license
• No more than three (3) motor vehicle violations within the last three (3) years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Must be able to pass background check
• Drivers must live within 40 miles of Union City, TN or be willing to relocate for this position
