CDL B Local Box Truck Driver in Alburtis, PA

CEVA Logistics is hiring a CDL B Local Box Truck Driver in Alburtis, PA. This is a night shift position starting at 8pm Sunday-Thursday night. You will be touching freight, which is delivered in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with State and Federal DOT regulations and all Transportation Security Administration requirements. 

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $25.00
  • Paid overtime
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home Daily
• Shift: 8pm start
• Schedule: Sunday night- Thursday Night
• Route: 6-8 stops, different route every night
• Touch freight, unloading the truck (mostly on pallets) and operating the liftgate

Equipment

• Newer fleet with state-of-the-art equipment, full maintenance support, safety features and electronic logs
• Automatic Transmission
• Speed governed at 70 mph
• Inward and outward facing event triggered cameras
• Slip seating

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years industry driving experience may be substituted for a high school diploma or GED
• Must have valid CDL B License
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL B driving experience
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • No more than 3 moving violations/traffic citations in the past 3 years 
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents (chargeable or not) in the last 3 years
  • No DUIs/DWIs in the past 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• You must have the ability to read, speak, and understand English as outlined in the Road Executive Order and stated in Federal law
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 30 miles of Alburtis, PA or be willing to relocate for this position
